January '10 – Transcendent One opens new operations facilities in Carlsbad, CA in support of national services expansion and future online business vehicles.

October '09 – TransTech One opens the first of thirty (30) retail storefronts nationwide. The TransTech One Computer Service Centers (Drop-off | Pick-up) and Authorized Payments Locations provide consumers access to the highest-caliber of services performed by bona fide IT professionals. Consumers may also make authorized payments for their utilities, mobile phone services, cable/satellite services, and more.

June '09 – Transcendent One announces the beginning of its Green Merchant Program. In support of “Green”, or environmentally conscious business practices performed by its merchant clients, the company will extend additional savings on their payment processing and IT business solutions.

April '09 – The Company develops and introduces a comprehensive ACH (Automated Clearing House) Program for recurring billing clients.

December '08 - Transcendent One closes all Irvine operations to consolidate with current San Diego operations and TransTech One.

April '08 - Management attends ETA (Electronic Transaction Association) Annual Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. The company develops relationships with several dynamic technology companies to enhance current product/service breadth & depth.

March ’08 – Transcendent One, Inc. establishes the Preferred Provider Program for Financial Institutions, targeting regional banks and credit unions and servicing their client networks.

March ’08 - The company announces the launching of a Commercial & Residential IT Division in the 2nd quarter. Services offered include Network Installation & Maintenance, Hardware/Software Maintenance & Support, Network Security, and Consulting Services.

February ’08 – Management presents at merchant focus groups in Oakland, California in conjunction with the City of Oakland and Community Share Program.

January ’08 – The company announces Todd Krajewski as the Director of Information Technology. Mr. Krajewski brings extensive corporate background in Computer Science & System Engineering.

November ’07 – Transcendent One, Inc. engages the Law Offices of John C. Nimmer, Esq. in Omaha, Nebraska to assist in corporate finance filings associated with the capital events of Transcendent One, Inc.

June ’07 – Transcendent One, Inc. becomes a registered ISO/MSP (Independent Sales Organization/Merchant Services Provider) of First National Bank of Omaha.

February ’07 – Transcendent One, Inc. launches National Sales Program with the ability to work with inside and outside sales representatives. The company begins processing accounts across the continental United States.

December ’06 – The Company launches the Outside Sales Representative Program. With the Merchant Equity Program in place, outside sales representatives have a very attractive opportunity to create win-win opportunities with existing relationships.

September ’06 – Operations commence with the opening of sales, support, and full operations offices in Irvine, California.

August ’06 – Credit card operations launch in San Diego with the opening of executive offices in Solana Beach.
